Thank you for your interest in the FHT Hypnotherapy Practitioner’s Diploma Course. On successful
completion, you will be fully qualified to practice as a professional Hypnotherapist.
I am a qualified Hypnoanalytical Psychotherapist with a specialist Diploma in NLP. With over 25
years of experience in both practice and teaching, I originally qualified in Ireland before furthering
my expertise by training with Master Hypnotist Paul McKenna in London and Richard Bandler, the
co-founder of NLP. I also hold a Special Purpose Award in Training and Design.
This course has been designed based on my own extensive training experience over the past 25
years. I have analyzed current trends and advancements within the field to ensure that all students graduating from this program are exceptionally skilled, confident, and capable of working effectively with clients in modern times. This makes the course unique in both delivery and standard.
Course Duration
10 months – February to November 2026
Graduation: Saturday, 5th December 2026
Delivery Method: Blended Learning
Theory (Online):
• Delivered live via Zoom one Friday per month, 6 pm – 8 pm
• All sessions recorded for later viewing if required
Practical (Onsite):
• One Saturday per month, 10 am – 4 pm• Venue: ECRM, Virginia, Co. Cavan
Additional Support:
• Optional Zoom drop-in sessions for case study assistance and student support.
Modules
The course consists of two modules, both of which must be completed to achieve the overall
qualification. Each student must also undertake a minimum of eight psychoanalysis sessions with a recognized hypnotherapist (not included in course fees).
Accreditation:
This course is accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and recognized for
insurance by Balens and other reputable providers.

Course Fees
Registration/Deposit: €300
11 Stage Payments: €250 each
Total Fee: €3,050 (includes exam fees)
Loyalty Discount: €200 reduction for returning students – Total €2,850.
Assessment
A minimum of 550 learning hours (theory + practical) must be completed.
Examinations: Saturday, 7th November 2026
• Theory: Multiple Choice Exam
• Practical: External Examiner
• Case Studies: 8 required (including 1 psychoanalysis case)
• Thesis: 4,000 words.
